Position Summary
The Communications Analyst is a key member of the Global Organization Change Management (OCM) Team , supporting communications for the Release 6 program. The primary responsibility is to ensure that Brazil-based end users, colleagues, and business program participants have access to messages and content, enabling full adoption of the program. This role works closely with the Release 6 Communications Manager, Enterprise Communications Lead, and Release 6 Language Analyst, under the supervision of the Release 6 Communications Manager in Brazil.
Responsibilities
Communication Materials: Create visually engaging communication materials aligned with the Release 6 Communications Plan for Brazil colleagues, end users, change network members, and program business participants.
Translation Coordination: Work with the Release 6 Language Analyst to ensure internal messages are accurately translated into Brazilian Portuguese.
Distribution Management: Oversee the distribution of communication materials to end users and business participants in accordance with the communications plan.
Change Network Support: Assist with logistics and technical facilitation of monthly Change Network calls.
Learning Support: Collaborate with the OCM learning team to distribute learning-related messages (e.g., Outlook invitations, emails).
SharePoint Development: Develop and maintain a SharePoint site for Brazil end users, aligned with the existing global end-user SharePoint site.
Required Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Experience with SharePoint development and general usage.
Knowledge of Adobe PremierPro or similar visual content creation tools.
Proficiency in Camtasia or similar video editing software.
Advanced English
Power BI knowledge (preferred).
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications or a related field.
Strong experience in communications.
Proven ability to remain composed and exercise sound judgment in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
Excellent communication skills, including written, oral, and interpersonal abilities.
Strong capability to collaborate with diverse, global teams involving cross-divisional and external resources.
Experience in global ERP rollouts (preferred).
