Organizational Change Management Consultant

Our client is currently leading an SAP Implementation and is in need of a Organizational Change Manager (OCM) for this initiative.
This is a great opportunity for OCM Consultants looking to gain global implementation experience in OCM space.
This role is onsite and 6 months contract to begin with strong chance of extension.
**Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead as Change Manager for SAP Implementation and ensure all Change Management mandates are effectively executed
- Assess, track, report and support OCM competencies across the company and deliver relevant training (when necessary), execute change interventions and tactics

Must haves: Bachelor/University degree in relevant discipline 2+ years relevant experience in OCM capacity (ideally handling SAP Implementation such as Success Factor) Must currently reside in Brazil and be open to coming to the office (hybrid office model) Bilingual (Portuguese and English) Nice to haves: Transportation/Logistics industry experience
