**Role**:
We are establishing a new B2B Online Reputation Management (ORM) company and seeking a Managing Director to oversee its operations.
Over the past few years, we have developed strong relationships with providers who can enhance reputation across multiple platforms.
We are now confident in our ability to deliver high-quality ORM services both to our own products and external clients, helping them improve their online image and address reputation challenges.
The Managing Director will be responsible for daily operations management, sales leadership, business execution, and building a world-class team.
The company will operate as a full-service ORM provider, specializing in SEO optimization, review management, public relations, and reputation strategy.
In this role, you will build and lead a team focused on sales development, external client engagement, contract negotiations, and service delivery to third parties.
This is an opportunity to develop a comprehensive ORM operation serving both internal products and external clients, while establishing strong client relationships across the industry.
**Profit Share**

This role comes with the profit share incentive and stock option that is quite generous for this role, more details would be shared at the interview.

You will be building a strong team with high talent density who enjoy working in our fast-paced, 100% remote environment.
**Employment**

We offer an Independent Contractor Agreement for this position.

In this role, you will lead all departments, focusing on executing strategic initiatives and optimizing company-wide performance.
The position requires proven abilities in team management, delivering results and engaging deeply with operational aspects of the business.

**What you'll do**
- Lead the company's strategic growth by developing and executing initiatives that drive business expansion, optimize market positioning, and advance overall progress.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing complex strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across product development, growth, marketing, and sales.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability while optimizing operational expenses.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet market needs and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with customer expectations and business goals.
- Ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with business strategy and customer feedback.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring they are data-driven, customer-centric, and aligned with product launches and sales strategies.
- Utilize data analytics to refine and optimize growth strategies, ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
- Continuously monitor and analyze key financial and operational metrics, such as revenue growth, EBITDA margins, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Evaluate customer lifetime value (LTV) and return on ad spend (ROAS) to optimize marketing efficiency and resource allocation.
- Track onboarding conversion rates to identify areas for improvement in user experience and increase customer activation and analyze average revenue per user (ARPU) and user retention rates to inform product development and enhance long-term profitability.
