Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing the buying and selling of crypto assets for institutional clients. Analyze market patterns, trends, and factors influencing cryptocurrency movements. Negotiate competitive prices for effective OTC operations. Help develop internal back-office and middle-office processes. Coordinate and collaborate with compliance, accounting and tech teams. Support the structuring of strategic projects within the department. Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards with relevant data. Actively participate in team meetings, contributing insights and feedback. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields. Strong knowledge of Crypto and Blockchain. Analytical and negotiation skills. Programming language knowledge. Understanding of the Forex market. Fluency in English with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in the financial market, especially in the crypto industry. Knowledge of Web3 technologies. What do we expect from you?
