Being Growth Oriented in a remote position means being dedicated, setting goals and accurately completing tasks daily.The Role Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to dental patients from practices across the US and schedule their next dental hygiene appointmentDemonstrate empathy while answering patient questions and concernsOffer the importance of scheduling and attending their appointmentOvercome objections the patients may have with schedulingRepresent dental offices in a friendly and professional mannerLearn and navigate multiple software systemsManage difficult situations and establish solutionsOffer a positive mindset with team members, patients, and customersBe dependable, on time, and dedicated to patients' and other team members' needsQualifications:Sales experience requiredOutbound call center experience is a plusDental office experience is a plusEnergy and empathyAccuracy and organizationTyping skills of 55+ WPMAbility to work well with othersHigh level of integrityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to secure confidential information and comply with HIPAAAdditional Information:100% RemoteTraining & DevelopmentWork From Home
