Your goal will be to introduce our services, build rapport, and schedule appointments.Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and identify their needs. Build relationships with potential clients by effectively communicating Teem's value proposition. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and keep them informed about our offerings. Requirements: Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence. Experience in outbound sales or lead generation is preferred. Call center experience is required. Sales experience is required. Ability to handle high call volume. Ability to engage potential clients and handle objections professionally. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM systems and an aptitude for technology. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Availability to work flexible hours based on business needs.
