Cpl Healthcare in partnership with a comprehensive acute private hospital integrating clinical practice with teaching and research to provide patient centred, personalised care.
The hospital is looking for PARU/ Recovery Nurses to join their team!
The hospital has 147 beds, an Emergency Department with nine treatment bays, Critical Care services including six Intensive Care beds and nine Coronary Care beds, five Operating Theatres, one Cardiac Catheter Laboratory and two procedure rooms and more!
The role entails providing critical care to patients, working alongside nurses, surgeons, and anaesthesiologists, monitoring their vital signs, clean bandages, and comfort patients when they wake up from anaesthesia, cleaning wounds, administering medication, and monitoring the progress of the patients' conditions, administering tests, analyse lab results and report back to surgeons and doctors and provide after care to patients after procedures.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
- Have AHPRA registration or eligible for AHPRA registration
- 2 years' experience in Recovery settings
- Fluent in English
- Strong clinical skills
