**About the Job**:
We are seeking a skilled and strategic** Paid Ads specialist** to lead our paid advertising efforts. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across **Google, and Meta.** You'll also mentor a small team, ensuring our strategies align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
Experience in **Digital Marketing Agencies **is required.
Experience in the **home services niche **preferred**.**
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Develop and implement paid advertising strategies to achieve client goals.
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across various digital platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Analyze campaign data to continuously refine performance and maximize ROI
- Conduct audience research to effectively target key demographics and improve ad relevancy.
- Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates to adjust campaign strategies as needed.
**Who We're Looking For**:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital paid advertising within an agency or similar fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in developing and managing campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta Ads.
- Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Excellent understanding of audience targeting and segmentation.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on delivering results for clients.
- **Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.**
