Paid Advertising Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Paid Advertising Specialist. The Paid Advertising Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The Paid Advertising Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective ad creative and landing pages, monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field 3 years of experience in paid advertising, with a focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Excellent knowledge of PPC platforms, including campaign creation, optimization, and reporting Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page optimization Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and reporting, with strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams Google Ads certification is preferred Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, and B2B marketing is a plus What we offer: The chance to work remotely and create impactful content that drives results.
