The Paid Advertising Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The Paid Advertising Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective ad creative and landing pages, monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field3+ years of experience in paid advertising, with a focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn AdsExcellent knowledge of PPC platforms, including campaign creation, optimization, and reportingExperience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page optimizationDemonstrated expertise in data analysis and reporting, with strong proficiency in Excel or Google SheetsExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teamsGoogle Ads certification is preferredExperience with e-commerce, lead generation, and B2B marketing is a plusWhat we offer:The chance to work remotely and create impactful content that drives results.
