Company Description Osric Digital is a demand generation agency that helps B2B clients acquire high-value leads from target accounts using paid media. Role Description This is a contract remote role for an Account Manager at a B2B paid media agency. The Account Manager will manage existing client relationships and develop and execute paid media strategies, working closely with our chief media buyer. This is not a Sales role focused on generating new business. The focus is on managing existing client relationships and achieving success against client KPIs across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Vision for the Role The focus of this role is to develop paid media strategies that align with client goals and managing client relationships and reporting. Ideally, this will grow into optimization of account management processes and a leadership position at the firm. Our ethos is that of a high-end professional services firm with a small, high-trust team, and we are very selective about the clients and contractors we take on. If we take on someone, we will give them a huge amount of independence but expect a high degree of ownership as well. Contract Pay Rate $1,800-$2,500 USD per month, depending on experience, plus annual bonus Working hours are flexible but must be available for client and internal calls from 9 am - 4 pm EST and at 7 am EST once per week Qualifications (Required) Experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for B2B clients, particularly in higher-end SaaS Project management experience, with tools like ClickUp, Asana, or similar (we use ClickUp) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills Fluent English Ability to work independently and remotely Availability from 9 am - 4 pm EST and from 7 am occasionally Good home office or coworking setup in place, with no background noise, adequate ram and webcam, noise-cancelling headset and mic, etc. At least 1 year of experience at a digital agency focused on paid media or in-house at a B2B tech company Willing to contract exclusively (no clients outside of the agency) Good spreadsheet and presentation skills Comfortable creating Loom video reports and presentations for clients on a weekly or biweekly basis Nice to Have Familiarity with CRM integrations -- particularly HubSpot and Pardot Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus If you have experience optimizing processes at a digital agency, there is a lot of room for growth Please follow the process and avoid adding Osric personnel or contacting them by private message.
