**The Role**

We are looking for a skilled** Paid Social Media Manager** to drive the multi-brand strategy for our growing portfolio.
Reporting to the Paid Social Media Team Lead, this role offers an exciting opportunity to manage campaigns across various platforms, optimize performance, and contribute significantly to our growth and success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage Paid Social activities in-house and with external agencies.
- Strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, and X.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities to boost revenue and address challenges.
- Drive performance to exceed defined KPIs.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and service providers.
- Negotiate marketing agreements with external stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas and implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimize performance across channels.
- Ensure accurate campaign tracking and attribution of media spend to the appropriate channels.
- Deliver performance reports, presenting actionable insights and recommendations on strategies, target audiences, and creative impact.
**What We're Looking For**
- Deep understanding of digital advertising legislation and best practices.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns.
- Expertise with social media advertising tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think strategically and present actionable ideas.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reducing complex datasets to actionable insights.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing paid social channels for 3+ years.
- Skilled in campaign management, KPI tracking, and performance delivery.
- Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Experience running app campaigns and working with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust) is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and social marketing trends.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creativity, independence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Appetite for acquiring new knowledge and skills quickly and independently.
