About the Role As the Partnerships & Content Team Leader youll play a crucial role in achieving our partnerships sales targets and delivering exceptional service.
Youll lead a team of inside sales agents focusing on performance improvement and operational excellence.
What youll be doing: Team Leadership: Guide coach and mentor the inside sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations optimize workflows and ensure adherence to standards.
Data Quality: Maintain high data quality standards within our CRM system (D365).
Partner Relations: Develop and maintain strong partnerships negotiating new contracts and managing existing relationships.
