What you will do: Analyze credit card disputes and fraud cases, providing actionable insights to minimize chargebacks and fraudulent transactionsSupport the e-commerce team in optimizing credit card processing operations to reduce transaction failures and improve approval ratesEnsure compliance with payment processing regulations and industry standards (PCI-DSS, 3DS, etc.)Advise on implementation of anti-fraud strategies, including verification processes and fraud prevention tools for online paymentsConduct transaction failure analysis to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvementHelp the team to collaborate with payment gateways and troubleshoot issues to optimize integration performanceWhat you need to succeed in this role: Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)Proven experience in credit card dispute and fraud analysis for e-commerceStrong understanding of credit card processing and payment gateway operations (Stripe, Braintree, etc.)Knowledge of compliance management in payment processing, including PCI-DSS and 3DSExpertise in anti-fraud strategies and verification systemsExperience working with chargeback management systems, fraud detection tools, and payment optimizationPersonal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)Will be a great plus: Certification in Stripe or similar payment gateway specializationBenefits and Perks: Flexible schedule (2 hours/day)Opportunity to work fully remotelyInclusive international environmentCompensation in USDGood bonuses for referring friendsPaid intensive training and probationWork-life balanceResponsive management interested in your growth and long-lasting cooperationGreenhouse conditions for self-developmentWho we are: SupportYourApp is a Support-as-a-Service company that provides secure technical, customer support, and CX services for tech companies around the globe.
