Part-Time Bookkeeper

Who You Are: You are detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with QuickBooks Online (QBO). You have a passion for ensuring accurate financial records and are seeking a flexible part-time role with potential for growth.The Opportunity: We are looking for a part-time bookkeeper to start with 5 hours per week, with the opportunity to expand to 10 hours as responsibilities grow.Who We Are: Think Tyler is a trusted provider of business coaching and advisory services. We help clients achieve financial clarity, and we operate in a flexible, remote, and supportive work environment.What You'll Do:• Phase 1: Categorize banking transactions based on historical coding.• Phase 2: Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards to ensure accurate transaction records.• Phase 3: Record special journal entries, resolve discrepancies, and clean up accounts.Requirements:• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.• Previous experience in transaction categorization and bank reconciliation.• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.• C1 Level English proficiency or higher.What's in it for You:• Hourly rate: $7 - $10 USD per hour.• Contract: Part-time (5 hours/week, with potential to grow to 10 hours).• Flexible, remote work environment.• Opportunity for growth and increased responsibility.
