We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join our RUCKUS Sales Team as a Partner Account Manager located in Mexico City.
What to Expect: The Partner Account Manager is responsible for establishing, managing, and growing RUCKUS presence within existing and new resellers.
This individual will work in close collaboration with the sales managers, sellers and leaders at the Reseller's with the specific objective to increase RUCKUS' revenue, customer base, and market share within their business, by providing assistance and support in developing programs and initiatives to drive engagement and revenue.
Additionally, meeting at minimum monthly, with quarterly and yearly sales goals.
This will include formulating plans to nurture partners' capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish, manage, and grow RUCKUS presence within existing and new Resellers in the CALA region.
Grow incremental revenue through the management of sales initiatives with the designated Resellers.
Responsible for recruiting, training and on-boarding new or prospective Resellers.
Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual partner forecast/pipeline and business activity to the RUCKUS sales management team.
Execute and manage on marketing and promotional campaigns and activity through the Resellers.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Planning Sessions with assigned Resellers.
Manage RUCKUS Partner program compliance and benefits with assigned Resellers.
Interact strongly with the Distribution Account Manager of the region to coordinate activities and campaigns with RUCKUS Distributor's.
Required Qualifications for Consideration • Bachelor's degree in related area.
• 5 years of experience in channel management, in the Data Networking industry.
• Proficient in English language (written and spoken).
• Detail oriented, with excellent planning and follow-up skills • Working knowledge of MS Office and Management of daily activities through CRM applications.
• Displays exceptional personal and business ethics and moral character.
• High energy and intensity.
• Willing to travel, in average 50% of the time.
