Partner / Alliance Manager _ Google - Sp

As a Partner Manager you will be responsible for: Partner Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential Google PDMs. Collaborate with Google PDMs / Sales Teams to understand their capabilities, expertise, and customer base. Partner Strategy and Enablement: Work with Google Teams to create joint business plans and strategies to drive revenue growth. Enable Xertica employees by providing training, resources, and support to effectively sell and deliver Google Cloud solutions Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive partner-led sales activities and initiatives to achieve revenue targets. Identify opportunities for joint sales engagements and co-selling with Google. Technical Collaboration: (Coordination) Engage with Google to understand technical requirements and ensure smooth solution integration and deployment. Coordinate with Google Cloud technical teams to support partner-led projects. Marketing and Go-to-Market Initiatives: (Coordination) Collaborate with Google on marketing campaigns, events, and co-branded activities to promote Google Cloud solutions. Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Xertica and its partner ecosystem. Participate in Specializations, Certifications, expertise generations Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, track progress against goals, and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reporting and updates to internal stakeholders and Google. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product management, and support to ensure alignment and successful execution of partner initiatives. Requisitos Deep knowledge of Cloud solutions (GCP preferred). Ability to manage projects. Excellent ability to manage customer relationships. Ability to carry out training for the sales team. Proactivity.
