The Red Hat Sales team is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Account Manager to join us in Brasilia to develop our relationship with Brazilian strategic Solution Providers partners.
In this role, your focus will be on positioning Red Hat solutions to expand our business with key Solution Providers partners, focusing in public sector business.
You'll need an excellent combination of customer-facing sales skills and in-depth technical knowledge of enterprise software, mainly in this industry sector.
This position is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while helping grow Red Hat's business.
Primary job responsibilities:
Work closely with account solutions architects and channel sales account managers to identify key projects to sell Red Hat solutions.
Manage the account planning process and carry out strategic plans.
Attain the trust of senior IT and business executives of key accounts and create long-term partnerships with customers.
Develop new product strategies within key accounts to establish proofs of concepts and pilot implementations.
Work closely with product teams, Product Engineering, Professional Services, and Product Support to ensure a world-class customer experience with Red Hat's offerings.
Required skills:
Proven experience selling software solutions with solution provider companies, focusing in public sector market.
Background in delivering complex customer solutions in a rapidly evolving technology domain.
8+ years of field sales experience, focused on key or strategic top accounts.
Proven track record of working closely with customers to produce solutions that exceed their business expectations.
Experience in consultative customer engagement with either a major enterprise software company or in the sales division of an enterprise software reseller.
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills (both in Portuguese and English).
Solutions sales mentality in an environment with multiple products and services.
Ability to work seamlessly with global cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers.
Excellent balance of strategic and tactical skills.
Advanced English level is mandatory; Spanish is highly desired.
