We care for one another, find new ideas to accelerate medicine, and seed a long-term impact for generations.Position OverviewThe primary role of this position is to support all feasibility studies across Brazil and Argentina.What You'll Be Working OnDuties include but are not limited to:Review study information provided by Business Development.Prepare blinded documentation for OUS sites (affiliate) to evaluate requests.Collaborate with country leads and affiliates to obtain enrolment numbers or feasibilities for input into the portal.Collate information gathered from all sites and share back with the Business Development lead.Coordinate with central functions to support processes and technology requirements for new work.Track and maintain feasibilities from request to award.Collaborate with Business Development Lead and Country Leads to maintain the Salesforce site progress tracker for the study(s), ensuring it remains up-to-date. Additionally, communicate any updates to country leads and affiliates as necessary.Work with study start-up teams to ensure all relevant detail is tracked and well maintained.Manage communication with affiliate sites and act as a main point of contact for Care Access OUS Feasibility.Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including affiliate site personnel, and Sponsors/CROs to facilitate smooth execution of feasibility assessments and enhance collaboration.Collaborate with a network of specialist consultants/physicians in key therapeutic areas who will support to be investigator or refer patients to trials.Maintain relationships with physicians' network that create expansion opportunities (PI's, Sub-I's, doctor referral).Ensure high-quality customer services across country/region.Identify and attend conferences, exhibitions, and other marketing opportunities to promote Care Access and develop opportunities to expand our access to patients and achieve company study targets.Conduct meetings with key decision makers to gain agreement to drive study delivery. For example, this may be meetings with existing and potential sites, PI's, GPs, Practice Nurses, Practice Managers, Hospital Consultants, and other professionals.Prepare reports and presentations on activities, results, and plans.Implement new service models within the region/country to enhance clinical trial delivery.Be the expert for country regulations.Comply with all regulatory and in-house standard and corporate operational requirements.Keep up to date with local and national healthcare news, issues, and guidance.Awareness of competitor initiatives in previously unchartered recruitment methods.Ensure confidentiality in all aspects of role and organization activity.Physical and Travel RequirementsHome based with up to 30% travel.What You BringKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge or experience with country-specific regulations.Strong background in leadership with a focus on delivering to targets, along with a focus on quality.Experience of working within a highly regulated environment.Ability to represent a company with the research community, local governments, and other healthcare providers and ability to build long-term relationships.In-depth knowledge of the clinical research market and changing business environments.Proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and use it intelligently.Excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to multi-task and work well within a high-paced pressurized environment.Ability to use your initiative to deliver a great customer experience.Intermediate/Advanced IT skills including experience of using Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:Minimum academic or technical qualifications. Care Access has a minimum requirement of a GED for its roles, unless a specific job requires certain licensing, credentials, or certification.
