The **Parts Product Manager **will lead the E2E customer experience strategy of his/her parts portfolio across all touch points in a collaborative atmosphere. He/She will be responsible to create successful products and solutions, working closely with several stakeholders: Service Contracts, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Sales, Quality, Headquarters and much more!

**Opportunity description**:
The position of **Parts Product Manager **reports to the Head of Product & Price Management, under the Volvo Trucks Latin America organization. He/She will have close cooperation with different management teams and other organizational levels in diverse areas at Volvo Trucks, Volvo Buses and Volvo Group, as well as being a hub of support to the market companies in Latin America.

You will drive the short, mid and long term business strategy of your portfolio, being responsible for current and new parts offer, managing a profitable growth according to business definitions, macroeconomic influence and market effects, aiming to increase volume, revenue and gross profit.

**Main responsibilities and activities**:

- Drive new products/solutions and maintain proper parts assortment for Genuine Volvo Parts.
- Formalize business case proposals by creating and managing product modification requests within the area of responsibility.
- Deliver value-based sales argumentation contents.
- Act as Volvo Trucks and Buses "customer voice" within correlated areas.
- Manage parts assortment lifecycle and design pricing strategies to ensure profitable growth.
- Develop, adjust, and maintain short, mid and long-term strategic visions of your product roadmap.
- Product development interface with Volvo Headquarters in Sweden and in Latin America.
- Close cooperation and communication with commercial, dealership network and field service teams.
- Deep dive into your parts portfolio using the right combination of the marketing 4Ps to meet Volvo business needs.
- Visit Volvo dealer net, trade shows and customers to identify opportunities.
- Data management and business intelligence, leveraging data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and optimize product performance.

**Who are you?**:
A self-driven person, able to coordinate actions with well-developed people in a collaborative environment. You are result oriented and have a strong commercial drive, being capable of moving things forward from different points of view. You understand the automotive parts market and is able to capture customer needs, using these insights to guide the product development. You communicate effectively within different audiences and have strong presentation skills.

**Other education, skills, and competencies you may have**:

- Master's degree in Engineering, Administration or similar
- Knowledge of Volvo products and processes
- Portuguese and English languages proficiency are mandatory
- Spanish is a plus
- Project Management knowledge
- Business acumen
- Strategic mindset
- Financial basic knowledge
- Be an innovative and quick learner
- Knowledge of data management, business intelligence and AI is also a plus
