Provide reservation & ticketing services to travel agents, corporate customer and
end-consumers by offering a high-quality service. Convert maximum number of
enquiries into sales to achieve the revenue targets. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided to travel agents,
corporate customers and direct customers, while providing them travel details and
actively issue tickets and sell related products.
Support travel agents with all enquiries related to the reservation process
(fares, special services, waitlists, etc.)
Support Latin America GSAs with all enquiries related to Emirates procedures
Build and maintain good relationship with all local and head office departments
Build and maintain personal relations with our key customers (agents and
end-consumers)
Issue Emirates tickets to customers ensuring that all necessary airline rules and
regulations are incorporated and that the customer request is met to provide them
with excellent service.
Highlight to customers the legal requirements covering their journey such as
passport, visa & health requirements and other details such as check-in place and
time.
Actively enhance Emirates revenue earnings by providing options to customer on
other products and services such as Skywards, Ancillaries and upgrade fares.
Ensure that all necessary ticket related documentation is filed and administrated
within the EK administrative rules & regulations
Perform pre-flight checks and action queues
Liaise with the Administration Department regarding BSP reports, ACMs, ADMs,
refunds and CSRs
Re-book and inform passengers incase of flight disruption and delays in
co-operation with the local airport team
Suggest new ideas and provide recommendations on the improvement of the services
provided, thereby increasing revenue and ensuring that Emirates maintains its mark
as one of the leading Airlines
Qualifications & Experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
HIGH SCHOOL DIPOLMA OR EQUIVALENT. EXPERIENCE:
MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE AIRLINE RESERVATIONS/TICKETING ENVIRONMENT KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Excellent know-how of Reservation and Ticketing activities
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant, outgoing personality
Excellent customer service skills
Fluent spoken and written Portuguese and English
Spanish knowledge will be a bonus
OTHER RELATED JOB INFORMATION
Achieve individual sales revenue and/or sales conversion targets.
Maintain 100% quality level for each customer engagement and booking.
