JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided to travel agents,
Corporate customers and direct customers, while providing them travel details and
Actively issue tickets and sell related products.
Support travel agents with all enquiries related to the reservation process
fares, special services, waitlists, etc.
Support Latin America GSAs with all enquiries related to Emirates procedures
Build and maintain good relationship with all local and head office departments
Build and maintain personal relations with our key customers agents and

Issue Emirates tickets to customers ensuring that all necessary airline rules and
Regulations are incorporated and that the customer request is met to provide them

Qualifications & Experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
HIGH SCHOOL DIPOLMA OR EQUIVALENT.
EXPERIENCE:
MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE AIRLINE RESERVATIONS/TICKETING ENVIRONMENT KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Excellent know-sho w of Reservation and Ticketing activities
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant, outgoing personality
Excellent customer service skills
Fluent spoken and written Portuguese and English
Spanish knowledge will be a bonus
OTHER RELATED JOB INFORMATION
