One to two years' experience as a Pastry Chef preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel/restaurant.Passion for Pastry is a given; you've worked hard to perfect your craft and you have a huge appetite to continue learning from the best in the business.You're all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience.You make people feel good - your team, guests and colleagues alike.Organization and all over detail.You're not precious.
