Pattern Maker (Mandarin Speaker)

Pattern Maker: SHEIN is a global fashion and lifestyle e-retailer committed to making the beauty of fashion accessible to all. Responsibilities: Paper pattern creation based on styles and images developed by the company; Check the paper patterns and samples from suppliers and modify the weaknesses in the paper pattern; Analyze recurring problems and train suppliers and technicians; Help Brazilian suppliers use paper patterns from China and build a library of paper patterns. Qualifications: Requires 5+ years of pattern making experience and proficiency in pattern making software (Audaces/ET or other CAD software); Fluent in English and Chinese are necessary; Understanding and communication skills, PPT production skills, able to organize and conduct trainings; Ability to improve paper patterns based on customer evaluations; Aesthetic ability in terms of proportions, fabrics, and sewing of clothes.
