Payables & Cost Controller

Join KTO as a meticulous and detail-oriented Payables & Cost Controller. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will oversee all aspects of accounts payable processes and cost control measures within our organization. This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Main ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and control all company expenses to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Develop and implement cost reduction strategies and initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.Coordinate the receipt, review, and forwarding of all invoices from influencers and media companies for payment.Control merchandise costs (gifts) and coordinate stock management.Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests for accuracy and compliance with company policies.Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices or payments.Keep records of all deals and assist in agreements.Prepare management reports and analyze accounts payable reports and metrics for management review.Continuously evaluate and streamline accounts payable processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and goals.Perform other general control and monitoring tasks as assigned according to the needs of the company.Experience & Qualifications RequiredBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.Proven experience in accounts payable management, cost control, or related financial roles.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.At KTO, diversity isn't just a buzzword – it's our strength.
