Conduct daily reconciliation of cash and positions, ensuring accurate records of all fund transactions;Monitor and review trade settlements, ensuring timely and accurate processing;Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to fund operations;Assist in the preparation and distribution of various fund reports, including NAV calculations, financial statements, and investor statements;Maintain and update fund accounting systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information;Participate in the onboarding of new funds, assisting with the setup and configuration of operational processes and systems;Work closely with portfolio managers, compliance, and legal teams to ensure adherence to fund policies, regulations, and reporting requirements;Assist in the coordination of fund audits and examinations, providing necessary documentation and support;Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fund administration and operations;Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing projects to enhance operational efficiency. What are we looking for?
