The purpose of the role is to manage the Payments IQ system, optimize functionality and features.
**Responsibilities**:
- Continuous optimization of PaymentsIQ functionality and features continuously, including but not limited to changing/updating PSP routings and cascading, building analytical reports, alerts and messages through PIQ;
- Configuring new payment methods and integrations, setting up MIDs, routing, and limits;
- API configurations editing, Forex, PSP Fallbacks, new cashier full setup;
- Designing and implementing reporting systems for continuous monitoring of transactions and acceptance rates.
- Sharing PSP information and documentation with stakeholders, working with Product and Operations teams, and creating and implementing optimization;
- Ensuring the payment release queue for methods through PIQ is well-maintained and up-to-date;
- Assisting in establishing necessary payment processes. Assisting in operational and technical audits;
Prepare payment reports offering insights and recommendations for enhancing payment processing activities;
- Q/A testing of payment service providers including configuring, integrating and troubleshooting where necessary.
- Increasing the deposit acceptance rate by tracking error codes;
- Overseeing technical troubleshooting of PIQ payment issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations. Improving the payment experience for users, enhancing the cashier experience and payment functionality.
- Setting up training sessions to explain financial problems or difficulties that arise in the business daily routine;
- Ensuring all payment operations adhere to local and international regulatory requirements to maintain compliance.
**Requirements**:
- Experience working with multiple entities operating with different licenses and markets;
- Experience managing accounts on PaymentsIQ (minimum 3 years)
- Proven track record in managing complex PaymentsIQ set-ups.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify and address irregular activity.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, inquisitive approach to challenges.
