Payroll Clerk (USA) at BairesDev
We are looking for a Payroll Clerk to join our Business Administration team.
You will be responsible for assisting US employees in labor matters, including payroll calculus.
It is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry!
What You Will Do:
- Compile and validate the news of the month (licenses, vacations, increases, etc.).
- Supervise the pre-settlement of salaries of our US employees.
- Collaborate in the check-in and check-out process of our employees in the US.
- Collaborate in the follow-up and response to IRS requirements.
- Collaborate in the documentation and improvement opportunities of internal processes.
- Participate in interactions between the HR-ADM area with external entities/providers.
- Prepare reports for management or other control areas.
- Attend the administration area.
Here's what we are looking for:
- Advancedstudent or graduate of a Public Accountant career or Bachelor of Administration/HR.
- 2+ years of work experience in similar positions.
- Previous experience in USA Payroll calculation process.
- Knowledge of USA payroll/labor legislation.
- Advanced English level.
Desirable:
- Previous work experience in B2B companies.
- Previous work experience with employee compensation and benefits packages (401K plan, health insurance, bonuses).
