**ROLE CONTRIBUTION**
- 1.
In order that assigned activities are completed successfully (right quality and on-time) YOU ARE TO:_

Understand and complete assigned tasks with accuracy and within agreed time frame ensuring proper use of English 1.2.
Identify areas requiring more detailed instructions and clarify understanding, expectations as necessary
- 1.3.
Ensure activities are completed with consistency and in compliance with work requirements, applicable employment laws & regulations and applicable policies, codes, standards, regulations and industry practices
- 1.4.
Proactively highlight concerns as they arise, and (re)prioritize assigned activities to meet key milestones
- 1.5.
Proactively provide customer base with status updates including timely feedback regarding potential issues/ solutions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and customer focus
- 1.6.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate stakeholder to minimize delays in deliverables
- 1.7.
Ensure work is documented in a well-structured format to clearly convey required information
- 1.8.
Utilize organizational skills to ensure good house-keeping of deliverables and internal Human Resources records
- 1.9.
Be self-motivated to improve on functional competences for the assigned work (for current and future demands)
- 1.10.
Have understanding of how new events or changes will affect individuals and business processes and recommend necessary actions
- 1.11.
Create, review and update (local) procedures and work instructions- 2.

- Bachelor degree completed or ongoing
- Experience in Payroll
- Experience with RM labore
- Intermediate English level
