This position ensures that projects are completed within defined scope, quality, time and budget.
The Service Transition consultant is the main representative supporting the successful transition of the project from implementation to operations.ResponsibilitiesLead local workshops: ensure clients understand in scope of services as per global contract, service delivery model and systems landscapeHelp client understand the implementation methodology: what are we implementing, when and how (PIM/PIX, phases and deliverables).Onboard BAU operational team in the projectPrepare Payroll Calendar and Trusted Source ListProvide needed accesses to client and Operations team membersImplement Local Service delivery tools (case management tool, call center, SLA reporting tool, etc).Coordinate and lead client and BAU Operations trainings to ensure readiness for go liveCoordinate and lead testing phases to ensure all in scope systems are working and integrated as expected and configured according to the specifications agreed in the contract.Direct and plan the work, objectives, and resource models for transition to Operations activitiesIdentify and communicate project risks.Identify and communicate risksMonitor delivery of the transition within agreed scope, quality, time and budgetPrepare hypercare periodMain goal: successful transition from Project to BAU services for client and Operations teams.Experience and skillsWorking experience in HR and Payroll services delivery/operations.Payroll experienceExperience in coordination between different stakeholders within an organization.Strong communication skills, with previous customer-facing / liaison experience.Good English and Spanish skills written and verbal (additional language is a plus)Highly organized with the ability to oversee large and multiple projects.Good PC Literacy – Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.The role will involve local country and international travel and time away from home.Experience in working closely with operational teamsAbility to manage process/service workshops with multiple customer contactsService testing experience – System Integration Test, Scenario Based Test, Service Rehearsal and Parallel RunsHandling of knowledge transfer and service transitionsWe offer you a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.BenefitsWe offer programs and plans for a healthy mind, body, wallet and life because it's important our benefits care for the whole person.
