What is the Opportunity:
We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our payroll team, to process payroll across different countries, from liaising with employees, collecting the correct information to processing the payments.
What will you be doing?
Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including tax filings and regulatory complianceAdherence to monthly SLA metrics and other prominent deliverablesActing as a liaison to employees and with third party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company specific policies regarding payPartnering with HR & Finance teams where required, to ensure coordination and information sharing between the teams for seamless deliveryProcess mapping and developing documentation , as well as keeping them updated and maintainedAttending and resolving payroll queries and providing accurate information to stakeholders as per agreed SLA.Verifying and reviewing exit clearance formalities and processing employee F&F accordingly.Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.Ability to manage multiple project assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
What are we looking for?
4 + years of experience in Multi country Payroll.Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ HRM or its equivalentExcellent communication skills.Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.Excellent working knowledge of MS Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.A multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise workload and accurately work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
