/n You must replicate the RED HOUSE teaching model in the school unit, in order to guarantee the excellence of the teaching-learning process, provide feedback that contributes to the constant evolution of pedagogical practices, to whoever is in charge, and dedicate oneself to the professional development of teachers accompanying the improvement of educational processes.
: Manage the implementation of the curricular guidelines established by the Network in the school; Be co-responsible for the safety and physical integrity of students; Help plan the school calendar (meetings, field trips and other events), following the network´s guidelines; Attend training and supervision with specialists in specific areas (Language and Mathematics) promoted by RED HOUSE headquarters; Daily monitoring of the school routine, suggesting improvements to ensure the smooth running of activities and correcting any failures; Participate in the process of recruiting head teachers and teaching assistants (TA), in order to hire the best professionals; Act in the pedagogical environment of these professionals presenting the teaching system, school calendar, procedures and standards of the institution; Guide the activities of the pedagogical team on the necessary action with students and family members whenever necessary; Monitor the schedule from ordering to receipt and distribution of course material, ensuring that it is delivered in time for the start of the activities; Foster the development of teachers, taking into account their interpersonal relationships with other school actors, students, parents, the community, through individual actions (performance evaluation, regular feedback, on-the-job training, formal and informal classroom evaluations) and collective training actions; Promote pedagogical training (Academic Meetings, Beginning of the school year and others), ensuring professional development of the RED HOUSE pedagogical team; Track and monitor the correct completion of the Student Agenda in the app; Provide assistance to parents, through meetings or through the app, whenever required; Monitor the implementation of assessments provided for in the school calendar, from the dissemination of the schedule to the dissemination of results, evaluating the performance of students in each subject and in every grade; Supervise teachers' planning to ensure that the RED HOUSE program and Pedagogical Guide are being followed; Supervise, together with teachers, the planning of activities for students with special needs and cases of inclusion; Monitor the work of Head Teacher, TAs and Specialist Teacher, observing classes, monitoring student performance, in order to identify the need for development of these professionals and ensure that the planning is being fulfilled; Hold fortnightly meetings with teachers (Supervision) for pedagogical monitoring of each class; Keep an updated record of meetings held with the faculty, as well as feedback and defined development actions; Monitor park times and meal times, observing students' food; Review and send Report Cards to families; Participate in PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meeting) together with teachers, whenever a critical situation is identified; Observe students with any issues, when asked by a teacher; Approve the Big books fortnightly, requesting printing to the secretary; (Early Years specifically) Monitor the organization of classrooms, boards and toys; Plan and monitor the adaptation plan for new students; Report the need for repairs and/or improvements to the unit's facilities to the school's management; Daily monitoring of the entry and exit of students at the gate, ensuring that this moment is quiet and safe; Check and control student allergies and special diets, ensuring all staff are aware of these issues; Hold weekly meetings with the Head of School to monitor the school unit and ensure the alignment of practices; Guide and supervise the work of nurseries and ensure the alignment of practices; (Early Years Specifically) Monitor the organization of all student documentation, supervising the work of the school secretary; Plan, follow and monitor the schedule of the pedagogical team: entry and exit times, lunch, bank of hours, vacations Plan, prepare and monitor Winter and Summer Camp (if they happen at the unit); Perform other related tasks determined by the immediate superior.
