Pega Quality Engineer (Tester)

ITTConnect is seeking a PEGA Quality Analyst (tester) to work remotely for a client in the US.
This is a long term position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries.
The end client is in the Telecom area (internet, cable TV).
Job location : Remote, work from home anywhere in Brazil .

All interviews will be in English only (must be fluent) Responsibilities : At least 2 years of experience in conducting Pega testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
Strong familiarity with Pega testing tools and methodologies.
Track, document, and manage defects in Jira from discovery through resolution.
Coordinate with Business Analysts (BAs) and developers to ensure defects are understood and prioritized correctly.
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Demonstrated knowledge of QA best practices and processes within a Pega environment.
At least 2 years of experience in managing or participating in production release activities, including deployment and validation.
Ability to handle production support tasks and troubleshoot issues effectively during releases.
Ability to identify, document, and communicate defects and issues clearly.
Create and maintain detailed defect reports to provide insights into software quality.
Communication : Excellent communication skills.
Flexibility : Willingness to work outside regular business hours to support release cycles and address issues.
Industry Experience : Candidates with experience working on call center or customer care projects in the telecom sector will be preferred.
