ITTConnect is seeking a PEGA Senior Systems Architect to work remotely for a client in the US.
This is a long term position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries.
The end client is in the Telecom area (internet, cable TV).
Job location : Remote, work from home anywhere in Brazil .

All interviews will be in English only (must be fluent) Responsibilities : Leads and manages requirements gathering and analysis activities by working with internal client stakeholders, developers, designers, QA analysts, etc.
Balances business requirements with technical feasibility and sustainability.
Synthesizes complex information into concise, readable, unambiguous language.
Requirements: Minimum 15 years of IT experience At least 8-10 years of experience with PRPC base product Must be a certified PEGA SSA .
Extensive hands-on experience in integration services such as web services, JMS, MQ series, and one framework (preferably Customer Service).
Proven experience in development leadership and database SQL programming.
Experience working with both onshore and offshore development and QA teams.
Ability to review technical deliverables from offshore teams and coordinate with clients.
Must possess strong debugging skills, performance improvement strategies, and opportunity planning capabilities.
Experience in coordinating between clients and offshore teams.
Must review technical deliverables from offshore and coordinate with the client.
Communication : Excellent communication skills.
Flexibility : Willingness to work during deployment, which may occur during odd hours, and be flexible during major incident management.
Industry Experience : Candidates with experience working on call center or customer care projects in the telecom sector will be preferred.
