The People Analytics Manager will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and skill gap analysis to support talent management and people teams. The emphasis will be on expanding the use of advanced analytics and predictive models to drive talent management decisions. The incumbent will also be responsible for incorporating cutting-edge technologies and advanced analytics to provide real-time insights and support talent management across Latin America region. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute people analytics strategies that align with the overall business objectives. Collect, analyze, and interpret PT data to generate actionable insights for talent management decisions. Identify skill gaps and recommend training programs to bridge those gaps and enhance employee performance. Design and implement customized reporting and visualization templates to meet the needs of PT stakeholders. Continuously explore and adopt new technologies and advanced analytics to provide real-time insights and support talent management. Collaborate with PT leaders and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven interventions contribute to reducing turnover rates. Provide thought leadership in the field of people analytics and actively participate in discussions and decision-making processes related to talent management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science – Systems, Business Adm or related Minimum 5 years of experience in people analytics or a similar role Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, statistics, and predictive modeling Advanced English and Spanish skills Strong knowledge of HR data and metrics, including turnover rates and skill gap analysis Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting software Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
