Pet-friendly office.Some activities you would do on a typical day at Cheesecake LabsWelcome and onboard new Cakers.Run processes and programs to improve the workplace environment and company culture, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.Promote internal communication, ensuring that all Cakers are engaged.Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.Facilitate the offboarding process for Cakers, ensuring a respectful and smooth transition.Run performance review processes to ensure employee development and alignment with Cheesecake Labs' goals.Collect and analyze HR information to help streamline processes and make data-driven decisions.Support the Talent team with specific recruitment demands.In order to succeed, you'll need the following skills:Solid experience in generalist HR roles, including managing onboarding and offboarding processes, driving culture and engagement initiatives, overseeing performance and development cycles, organizing employee events and trainings, and leading internal communication efforts.Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or HR Technician.English proficiency with good communication skills, both verbal and written.Familiarity with technological concepts and/or agile methodologies that can aid in understanding the needs of a tech-focused company.Ability to efficiently use Google Sheets and G-Suite platforms for data management, reporting, and collaborative work.Ability to make decisions based on data analysis and insights.Focus on achieving goals and delivering measurable outcomes.Understanding and utilizing KPIs to measure and improve HR processes and outcomes.Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.Commitment to enhancing the experience and satisfaction of employees.Applicants must live in Brazil and: have a Brazilian bank account, be legally allowed to provide services to a Brazilian entity, and willingness to receive in Brazilian local currency (Real R$).It would be nice if you have:Understanding of OKR framework.Experience or familiarity with ATS software and Hubspot.IMPORTANT TIP: The communication during the selection process is done by email.
