**Main Responsibilities**:

- **People Management**: Develop and implement innovative talent management strategies, including development, retention, and employee engagement programs, aligned with the companys vision and values.
- **New Talent Onboarding**: Structure and manage a welcoming and effective integration process for new employees, facilitating their adaptation to the companys culture and processes.
- **Payroll Management**: Accurately manage the complete payroll process, ensuring the correct calculation of salaries, taxes, and deductions.
- **Legislation and Compliance**: Ensure full compliance with labor and tax laws, staying updated with legislative changes that impact payroll and employee benefits.
- **Benefits Administration**: Design and administer a competitive benefits package, aiming for the well-being and satisfaction of the team.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Analyze HR and payroll data to identify trends, anticipate future needs, and support strategic decisions.
- **Support and Consultancy**: Serve as a point of contact for HR, payroll, and benefits questions, providing support and guidance to employees and management.
