**Position Overview**:
As the Mid People & Culture Partner at edrone, you will play a critical role in shaping and developing our organizational culture, fostering a healthy work environment, and driving the growth and success of our Brazilian talented team. You will lead all aspects of people strategy, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership position reporting to **the Head of People and Culture** of edrone **Joanna Kroczek** with very close cooperation with other executives.

**In the role of Senior People & Culture Partner you will take ownership of**:
- Developing and implementing a people strategy aligned with edrone's overall business goals and culture with the focus on feedback and effectiveness.
- Promoting culture and making sure that all the processes and interactions at the company are aligned with our values and attitudes.
- Driving initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent by creating an environment of growth and integration.
- Recruiting and sourcing top talent for key roles within the organization, as well as working closely with a People Operations Specialist in Brasil.
- Implementing performance management processes and tools to ensure fair and effective performance evaluation and feedback.
- Providing guidance to managers on performance-related issues, goal-setting, career development and compensation.
- Supporting managers in developing their leadership and management skills.
- Identifying training and development needs across the organization and implementing programs to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Acting as a business partner with a leadership team to identify and address organizational development needs.
- Leading change management initiatives and supporting the implementation of organizational restructuring, as necessary.
**Who you are**:
- Extensive experience in HR roles, with a focus on people and culture strategy, talent management, and organizational development both in big and small companies.
- Strong background in developing effective recruitment strategies and hands-on as well as experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in working in an international company is a must - you will be working with people in Poland, Brazil and potentially other countries.
- Proven record of building and maintaining exceptional culture with 3 key values: transparency, high-speed and ambition.
- Demonstrated success in fostering an inclusive work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work both hands-on and strategically - in this role you need to plan.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- An advanced level of English (B2+, spoken and written).
- Experience in the technology or e-commerce industry is a plus.
