- The People Data Manager reports into HR Operations through the People Data Architecture Group Manager and works closely with IT to align technical solutions with business needs. The People Data Manager will have supervisory responsibility, possibly acting as coach and mentor to junior members. In addition, the People Data manager works with others at every level of the organization executing strategic imperatives.

Skills and experiences
- Several years of HR business and technology experience, leading technical and project resources with a solid understanding of Data Protection and Governance.
- Strong experience and understanding in operating HCMs to solve complex problems.
- Experience in Workday and Microsoft platforms is an asset and/or familiarity with a variety of technical platforms and architectures. Experience with Saas HRIS System preferred.
- Experience in developing and enhancing HR data architecture and guiding teams to ensure adherence best practices.
- Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology - requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience.
What you'll do
- Oversee team for day-to-day administration and maintenance of HCM and downstream ecosystems, including Troubleshooting, issue escalation, security administration, mass processing and uploads, workflow approvals, system documentation, and end user training. Responsible for the success of large transformations and key projects which ensure the success of Human Resources and Avanade.
- Manage system governance, ensuring data integrity and system stability; maintain access and security levels of system users; and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
- Map business processes to HCM processes, identify strategies, risks, and options. Identify gaps and recommend approaches and mitigations to meet business requirements while staying consistent with Avanade's architecture and infrastructure.
