TRANSITION.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:You contribute to the implementation of talent and development related processes, policies and systems, in line with company's needs and expertise industry standards.You monitor Talent related processes and systems, using data reporting, and driving continuous improvement and change to meet strategic goals.You advise and coach Local HRBPs to ensure the identification and nurturing of talents to meet current and future business needs.You contribute to the definition and implementation of the learning plan, for your remit, in line with Business needs and priorities.You interface with various stakeholders among the HR community, the Business and external network for your remit, being the catalyst that embeds a talent & development culture, in line with Company's objectives.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Completed bachelor's Degree.Experience in HR, including talent management and learning.Understanding of business processes and performance monitoring.Desirable experience in industry or offshore companies, with a focus on public operations.Good experience with Microsoft Office.GENERAL INFORMATION: SBM Offshore N.V. is a listed holding company that is headquartered in Amsterdam.
