Role Overview: The People Experience Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of regional events, enhancing employee engagement and fostering a vibrant company culture. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on event management to ensure memorable and meaningful experiences for our team. The ideal candidate is a diligent, detail-oriented professional with a knack for organization, exceptional administrative skills, and a charismatic presence to drive enthusiasm and participation.

1. Event Planning (In-Person and Virtual) Serve as the main point of contact for planning regional team member meetups and virtual events, handling all logistics, preparation, and execution. Collaborate with stakeholders to design engaging events that align with company culture and goals. Manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while delivering high-quality experiences. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery. Travel internationally, as needed, to oversee event execution and logistics. Gather feedback and create post-event reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. 2. Employee Value Proposition Development Work with key stakeholders, including Marketing, to craft compelling content for employee branding outlets such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Identify relevant, sharable content that showcases the company's values, culture, and employee experiences. Serve as a liaison between People Operations and Marketing, ensuring alignment while driving initiatives that enhance the company's employer brand. Monitor and manage employee feedback channels, ensuring consistent and professional messaging. 3. Remote Engagement Develop scalable programming to foster a sense of community and engagement among remote team members. Design and execute initiatives that support team member upskilling, peer connection, and virtual community-building. Collaborate with leadership to create opportunities for recognition and meaningful interactions across the organization. Leverage digital tools and platforms to ensure programming reaches all remote employees effectively. Qualifications: Event Planning Expertise: Demonstrated success in organizing in-person and virtual events, including managing logistics, budgets, and vendor coordination. Project Management Skills: Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities, with a track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines. Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences. Branding and Content Development: Experience working with marketing teams to create impactful employee branding and engagement content. Cultural Ambassador: A charismatic, personable, and inclusive approach to fostering a vibrant company culture. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools for virtual event management, content creation, and remote communication platforms. Adaptability: Willingness to travel internationally a few times a year and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and execute regional events, including team-building activities, employee recognition programs, etc. Manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality or experience. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, venues, and cross-functional teams, to deliver seamless events. Maintain detailed documentation, including schedules, vendor contracts, and post-event reports. Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve event experiences. Serve as a cultural ambassador, promoting inclusivity and employee engagement through creative initiatives. Ensure all events align with company values and goals. Qualifications: Exceptional administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in planning and execution. Charismatic and personable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
