YOUR CHALLENGESupporting HR Growth: collaborate with HR leadership to contribute to the strategic growth of the Human Resources functionBe the primary point of contact for the Business Leaders based out of LATAM - be able to support and advice key leaders in the region on all employee-related mattersEmployee Management: Oversees various aspects of employee management in the region, including working time, monitoring and controlling absenteeism, holidays, contracts, and eventsSupporting HR Policy Development: contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goalsPersonnel Administration and Labour Relations: manage and supervise the personnel administration and help the labour relations area to ensure smooth and efficient operationsIncident Resolution: interact with employees to resolve HR-related incidents and concerns promptly and effectivelyPersonnel File and Database Management: manage and maintain accurate personnel files and databases, ensuring data integrity and complianceKey Performance Indicators (KPIs): develop and monitor key performance indicators related to HR functions, providing regular reports and insights to HR leadership
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IFBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldC1 level in Spanish and Portuguese. At least B2 level in EnglishAt least 5 years of previous HR experience (ideally two working for the Brazilian and Mexican market)Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the countries of the AmericasAbility to work effectively in multicultural and remote environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead projects and work autonomously
