**SÃO PAULO**
Our São Paulo office is located in the heart of the city, a region full of cultural spaces and history. The office houses several different teams, from Operations to Technology. We have an auditorium where we can host presentations, lectures and fun activities!
**ROLE**
As People Operations Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing People processes for FARFETCH LATAM, so we can create seamless experiences across the People journey. This will include but not be limited to on and off-boarding, compliance, contract and vendor management, benefits, policies, toolkit creation, and systems management. You will ensure high standards on people's operations processes, provide best-in-class analytics and insights regarding People programs, as well as oversee the development, implementation, and management of the FARFETCH LATAM.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, facilitate and optimize operational processes and infrastructure across the people journey, from pre-boarding to offboarding, to provide a best-in-class employee experience
- Lead the planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting of a multitude of activities regarding People Operations such as ensuring payroll is processed with accuracy and in a timely manner, fostering a world-class experience for employees at all stages of the people journey, by providing timely support in line with the policies, processes, and procedures
- Manage Benefits and Payroll contracts, as well as maintain relationships with the providers, aiming for continuous improvement
- Prepare reports with performance indicators and maintain a data-driven culture for HR processes
- Acts as a focal point in all labor law matters
- Oversee the maintenance calendar ensuring all key stakeholders are made aware of works that may impact their areas
- Work closely with our procurement and accounting team to ensure we remain compliant with group policy in terms of raising POs and supplier creation
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years experience in managing teams in People Operations and General HR areas
- Degree in related areas, either Business Administration, Economy (not restricted)
- Fluent in English and advanced in Spanish
- Someone who worked with Mexican payroll providers is a differential
- You are highly adaptable - able to manage moving priorities
- Eye for detail and a passion for building things, as well as improving them
- Willingness and aptitude to learn
- Able to problem solve and logical
- Be good at following, improving, and creating processes, flows, prioritization, organization, and planning
- Have a sense of fun and the ability to liaise at all levels
- Able to work with Excel (pivot tables, if, vlookup) and PowerPoint, with analytics, storytelling, and problem-solving skills
