The team's primary objective is to enhance system support for our People team, enabling them to efficiently build and maintain a high-performing workforce. This involves integrating, optimizing and finding opportunities of innovation within our systems for various HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and payroll processing. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of systems and processes, leveraging your skills to address the evolving needs of our rapidly growing organization. Additionally, you will serve as our key technical focal point with external vendors, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration between our systems.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Deepen your knowledge of the tools that support the People ecosystem at VTEX, becoming a functional/technical reference.
Solve problems and develop effective strategies for solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and contexts to provide impactful technological solutions.
Propose and define the backlog, prioritize initiatives, and estimate the effort required for the team, considering improvements, future integrations, and maintenance.
Build success metrics and maintain the system.
Manage projects and perform multitasking.
Support analysts in leading and improving team support.
Negotiate and resolve conflicts/prioritizations with stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for evolution and process improvements, using systems for support and automation.
Analyze complex scenarios and propose effective solutions to problems identified by stakeholders.
Test and ensure the system's compliance with our SOX controls.
WHO YOU ARE
You have proven experience with HR/People systems management (configuration and customization).
You are familiar with data mapping projects, writing use cases, workflows, and process diagrams.
You understand HR processes and best practices.
You have the autonomy to define the backlog, prioritize initiatives, and evaluate effort vs. impact.
You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
You are familiar with building success metrics and maintaining the system with a data-focused approach.
You can communicate in advanced or fluent English.
You are adaptable to complex and dynamic environments.
