Professional level English Communication skills required.ResponsibilitiesContributes to the development of performance test goals and strategies for the performance non-functional requirements.Sizes test effort, identifies tasks, and documents tasks for the project plan and the performance test plan.Supports the preparation of data and infrastructure within the performance lab environment.Creates and maintains scripts and scenarios on different performance test tools.Performs the execution of the performance tests, problem resolution, data creation, collection, and analysis according to the project plan schedule.Responsible for creating all project deliverables including performance test plans, performance test reports, and performance dashboards.Leads test planning workshops, strategy approval, and performance test results review.Gathers business key metrics, volumetric, assembles workload and transaction information.Designs the performance scenarios that meet the objectives identified in the performance test plans.Monitors DBs, applications, and operational system performance to ensure that they are operating at optimum efficiency.Supports after hours/weekend coverage/escalation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related experience required.At least 3 years of experience with performance and tuning for Web services, Java, Linux, and Windows.At least 3 years of experience in IT-related field.At least 3 years of experience with SQL, SQL plus scripting, Oracle 11g or higher, SQL server 2014 or higher.A plus is there is experience doing DB performance tuning.Professional working English language skills are required.KSA (Knowledge; Skills; Abilities):Ability to learn new technologies and translate them into working software.Work on a small team as a self-starter, a go-getter.Ability to collaborate with various software, IT, and support teams.Demonstrates ability to lead conference calls to perform load/volume/smoke test.Ability to design the strategy and identify from smoke, stress testing, endurance/soak, spike, and volume which one is needed to meet the non-functional requirements.Demonstrated ability to advance project timelines and effectively communicate status updates to stakeholders.Ability to assist to identify and isolate performance issues either on the system, database, or application.Excellent organizational skills that include: scheduling, monitoring, tracking, reporting, and follow-through.Proven ability to work under pressure and to effectively multitask.Open to work after hours or weekends when needed.Excellent skills in all the following areas: presentation and facilitation, analytical and problem-solving.Team player with the ability to learn quickly.Must have strong initiative and have proven experience independently driving projects to completion.All meetings are on EST time zone.InComm provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin, citizenship, veteran's status, age, disability status, genetics or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law.*This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Bonus Program-Tier 4#LI-GQ1#LI- Remote
