Nerdy is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Analyst to help manage, enhance, and develop the company's digital marketing campaigns and strategies. This role will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing efforts and achieving our business goals. The Performance Marketing Analyst will be responsible for enabling, developing, executing, and evaluating data-driven marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while optimizing advertising spend across various digital channels.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in Marketing, UX, or Business Analytics.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, GA360, Looker, Tableau).
- Proficiency in at least one querying language (SQL preferred).
- Operational experience with a CDP (Segment preferred).
- An understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and marketing analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
- Fluent in English

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve targeted KPIs, such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Work with Marketing Operations, Data Engineering, and Product to ensure Marketing tools are properly set up and optimized.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms) to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and provide optimization and strategic guidance on current and future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI and content teams to improve landing page effectiveness and user experience to increase conversion rates.
- Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other marketing elements.
- Communicate findings to improve campaign performance.
