About the Role:
You will work under the Marketing structure and liaise with agencies that support our Digital Campaigns to monitor and ensure that our Online Paid Strategy has successfully been applied. Among other things, you will track campaigns performance, produce/maintain reports, and support in optimizing PPC campaign components on Paid Search, Display, Social Media, and Programmatic Campaigns.
Responsibilities: Be responsible for Google PPC, Display, Social Media, Programmatic, and SEM campaigns maintenance and expansion across major search engines and countries of operation. This includes account audits, keyword/ad optimization and mining, ad copy creation, device optimization, and audience bidding.Assisting in providing data insights and analysis to improve accounts efficiency and drive ROI, through Google Analytics & other Reporting tools.Assist the Performance Marketing Team in managing the accounts.Pull data and maintain Reports for tracking bi-weekly & Monthly progress.Collaborate with the creative teams to create digital assets.Work with the Performance Marketing Manager from the HQ to deploy and optimize campaigns.Provide research and execution support for SEM campaigns.Requirements: Solid understanding and up-to-date practices on SEM.Experience of Google Ads and Social Media Ads.Advanced working knowledge of a data analytics tool (e.g. Google Analytics, Data Studio).Confident with data sheets tools (e.g. Google Sheets, Excel) & Dashboards.5 years of previous experience in a related position.Excellent written and verbal communication in English.A team player with the ability and passion to support the team.Ability to collaborate with teams in order to fully identify and achieve the company's needs.Up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and trends in Digital Marketing.Work model: Hybrid (3x a week) in Pinheiros - São Paulo
