General Job Description:
Under close supervision performs the following activities:
Support the transport chain of a strategic client at a national level.
Monitor operations and work with stations in operational planning.
Monitor activities to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
Ensure the release of information into the system within the agreed deadlines.
Make appointments and deal with delivery failures at destinations and with the customer.
Audit deadlines, records and special operations.
Send reports to stations and customers.
Monitor and audit service indicators.
Support immediate leadership with preventive data and information.
Provide support for the implementation of projects and improvements in branches.
May perform other activities as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education:

High School Diploma/bachelor's degree preferred.
Intermediate English Preferred.

Minimum Experience:
One (1) year' experience in customer service or administrative position.

Minimum Required Skills:
Ability monitoring and analysis of indicators.
Organization and proactivity.
Interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and adapt to the changing environment.
