**PL Compensation Analyst**
**Introduction to the Job**
We are looking for an experienced PL Compensation Analyst who can join our multicultural team in Rio de Janeiro.
**Job description**:
- Resource to provide analysis, budgeting and implementation of compensation programs and projects (salary and bonus campaigns, roll out guidelines, salary ranges and compensation policies).
- Support on incentive programs and salary survey.
**You are meant for this job if**:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Administration, Finance or related field.
- Experience in the analysis of compensation programs.
- Advanced functionality of Excel spreadsheets (i.e.
pivot tables, macros etc).
- Knowledge of Korn Ferry Hay methodology
- Knowledge of compensation market research
- Experience with Fleet and Services environment - offshore and variable allowances.
- Advanced English;
