What you'll do:As a Product Development Engineer, you will be involved in Food Preparation product developments and lead project teams in a cross-functional environment, and be responsible for the execution and the reporting of the respective project in the given time frame, cost target and quality level. In detail, you will:
Plan, execute, and implement projects according to deadlines and timeline.Manage timeline, budget, investments, quality and cost constraints in order to meet project scope.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget allocation.Lead project team activities, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clear and team members are motivated.Monitor project progress regularly, identify and resolve issues, and mitigate risks.Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.Present in Check Point meetings with the steering committee stakeholders.Keep clear communication, engagement, collaboration and alignment within different areas of the company.As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
Who you are:You have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical or related areas).Experience as a Project Leader managing complex projects in an R&D or technical environment.Experience with R&D processes or product development.Knowledge of MS Office tools and MS Project.Project management certification will be a plus.Advanced English (Spanish is a plus).Where you'll be:You will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba. One of the focal points for all Latin American Electrolux operations, this plant is the base for over 3000 collaborators, all focused on transforming the way the world lives by shaping lives for the better with their work.
